B2B businesses are starting to see more of their revenue come from e-Commerce than ever before, a 2015 report from Forrester forecasts US B2B e-commerce to grow from $780 billion to $1.13 trillion by 2020. Recognizing this trend and the opportunity it creates, large national distributors such as Grainger, Ferguson, and Watsco continue to spend millions of dollars on constantly improving their e-Commerce capabilities. As a result these larger national distributors have started to capture an even larger market share as independent distributors struggle to implement e-Commerce sites that can compete.
