In a recent report from Oracle, it is noted that B2B companies see the effects of customer expectations on their business. 80% of companies implementing B2B e-commerce believe that customer expectations have changed due to B2C practices. B2B customers are also shoppers at home. From checking their bank accounts to shopping for gifts online, they come to your site with expectations that have been set in their at-home experiences. We must must must understand those expectations, how to meet them, and maybe even get crazy and exceed them and set new expectations.
