Customer expectations for B2B e-Commerce sites are constantly being influenced by their everyday interactions with B2C sites. When B2B customers visit your site they are looking for very specific information and they want to be able to find it as fast as possible. B2B customers want to find what they are looking for without having to navigate all the cool content, videos, and other materials often associated with the “Amazon Experience” that distract from what they are there to do.
