North Coast Electric (NCE) opened its doors in 1913 and today with 32 locations and 577 associates, is the largest independent family owned and locally operated electrical distributor in the West. With offices throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska, North Coast Electric is looked to by contractors and industrial buyers for all things electrical.
Embarking on an initiative to revamp their online presence, NCE sought out B2X to develop an independent assessment of the current approach and to recommend adjustments to help ensure the business objectives were achieved. With a design on the drawing board, and work underway, time was of the essence.
B2X interviewed NCE executives, project stakeholders and customers. We reviewed current site analytics, proposed site designs and performed a competitive analysis. The assignment was completed in just under 30 days, and B2X provided NCE a roadmap to improving their online presence that helped align the business objectives, focus the design and identify opportunities to increase return.
