B2B businesses are starting to see more of their revenue come from e-Commerce than ever before, a 2015 report from Forrester forecasts US B2B e-commerce to grow from $780 billion to $1.13 trillion by 2020. Recognizing this trend and the opportunity it creates, large national distributors such as Grainger, Ferguson, and Watsco continue to spend millions of dollars on constantly improving their e-Commerce capabilities.
